Die Cutting

With our two Clam Shell Presses, our Guillotine Press, and our assortment of Sheers, Punch Presses, and Cornering Presses we can custom shape most of our stock substrates. This gives us the ability to offer a wider variety of finished products to our clientele without loosing control of the manufacturing process.  

Doming
Doming is the process of applying a clear epoxy resin finish over the top of a pressure sensitive vinyl decal.  This process gives the finished product some dimension, abrasion resistance, as well as better longevity and UV stability

Metalphoto

Metalphoto is a process where an image is exposed and sealed into the surface of photosensitive anodized aluminum.  Metalphoto is the specified choice of engineers worldwide, including those from Caterpillar, Motorola, Boeing Aircraft Company, and the Military.  It is used wherever the appearance, legibility, and longevity of information plates is important.

Engraving
Images offers a full range of both Laser and Rotary Engraving Services.  Utilizing both of these engraving technologies gives us the ability to offer a wide variety of substrates and products

Direct Garment Printing (DTG)
DTG Printing is the process of printing garments with a modified ink jet type printer. The water based inks are formulated to print to materials containing cotton fabers.

Embroidery
The art of decorating fabric or other materials with designs stitched in strands of therad using a Multi Head Embroidery machine. This is the preferred process for decorating garments for longevity of the design quality and attachment to the garment.

Pad Printing
Pad Printing is a process of printing on odd shaped products.  This type of printing gives us the ability to take the middle man out of promotional product printing, so we can sell you promotional products at wholesale prices.  We also do contract printing, so if you have a product you are looking to have printed, contact us.  Limitations do apply.
